Here are the detailed responsibilities when serving:

  • LOCATION: Father Bills Kitchen, 1317 N 1st Street, Cd'A

  • 5:15 AM: Arrive to prepare sack lunches and prep for the next day.

  • 6:00 AM: Serve breakfast also connect in conversation with guests.

  • 6:30-7:00 AM: Lead or participate in Bible study. (depending on John who normally leads this)

  • 7:15-7:45 AM: Clean up:

    • Sweep and mop kitchen and dining room

    • Turn off heat

    • Wipe down tables and kitchen surfaces

    • Place napkins, plasticware, and coffee pots on the cart

    • Take out the trash

    • Check and clean the bathroom if necessary
